If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and services.

2. Service Description & Access

Apollo Group TV provides digital IPTV streaming services, including live television channels, sports packages, and video-on-demand (VOD) libraries. Access to the service is granted upon successful purchase of a subscription plan or during an authorized trial period.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the streams on compatible personal devices solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Account Security & Registration

To subscribe or access trials, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (such as name, birthday, and contact info) and to keep these details updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account connections beyond the subscription connection limit or distributing streaming portal details to non-subscribers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your service without refund.

4. Subscription Billing, Free Trials, and Payments

Subscription pricing and terms are clearly described on our packages page. Free trial offers (such as our 10 Days Free Trial) are limited to one per customer/household.

Subscription renewals are billed automatically depending on the selected plan. You must cancel your trial or subscription before the billing date to avoid renewal charges. We accept major payment methods as listed during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of IPTV streaming and the availability of trial accounts, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to utilize trial options to verify channel compatibility, device support, and connection speeds before completing paid subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services to:

• Record, duplicate, redistribute, or commercially re-broadcast any streaming content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass our portal security and server configurations.
• Engage in card-sharing, coordinate brute-force logins, or abuse the API.
• Impersonate any support staff or make false claims to support agents.

7. Service Outages & Stream Quality

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, streams depend on third-party server networks, CDN providers, internet service providers (ISPs), and local device hardware. Apollo Group TV does not warrant that the streams will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all device configurations. Occasional downtime for channel maintenance or server upgrades may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apollo Group TV, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to stream channels from our portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any fraudulent billing activities.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital service transactions, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory.
